Since a little girl ‘Indi’
has traveled widely all over East Africa, ranging from the deserts
of Turkana, to the foot hills of Mount Elgon, wide plains of the
Maasai Mara and vast tropical forests of the Usambara Mountains.
Born in Kitale, most of her life has been spent in Nairobi. She
has always had a keen interest in Wildlife and Photography, which
has been influenced by her father.
Over time, this created an interest in conservation and lead to
her doing voluntary work for the Nairobi Animal Orphanage, Nairobi
Safari Walk and Kenya Wildlife Service, she has continued to study
Conservation of Nature in East Africa and Wildlife Management.
Her passion for the outdoors, African culture and the wild has created
an awareness of the African continent. The importance of conservation
is particularly high in her priority list, which she feels the need
to share.
